I’m Jane Chang, the proud owner of ACT Services.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I’ve always loved number crunching, so after completing my qualifications, I decided to start an accounting firm in my basement. My theory was that the Governor General was not going to bestow the “Order of Canada” on tax! So, my mission was to help people keep more money in their pockets at tax time.

Since starting my tax and accounting business with my spouse over thirty years ago, I’ve steadily built my clientele by adding value, maintaining transparency, and making people compliant.

To achieve my objective, I work with integrity, and I believe what sets me apart is that I treat people with compassionate care. It includes engaging with individuals on a personal level to ensure they understand the tax planning strategies that I’ve implemented.

I also attribute my success to having a forward-looking team, which helps my clients prudently plan for the future. As a result, it fills me with immense satisfaction when we create optimum Estate Planning processes that enable business owners to retire in peace. It’s also rewarding to receive word-of-mouth referrals from happy clients.

When I’m not analyzing financial statements, I love to play a friendly round of golf to relax and unwind. I also try to contribute to charities as much as possible. Giving back to my local community means a lot to me.
